It's that time of year again when the joy, love, and festivities of Christmas make us all feel warm and beat the chill out of our lives. Christmas is a time for fun and celebrations, and we often spoil our children silly during this special season. But spare a thought for those homeless little children and women at traffic lights who run up to our cars, eager to sell Christmas stars or reindeer bands. For them, every festival is an opportunity to earn a few bucks so they can have a decent meal.
In 2020, the Society for Rural Development Promotion Services resolved to help transform the lives of these women and children through education and shelter. So this Christmas, let's make a donation to help fund their education. Because Christmas is most truly Christmas when we celebrate it by giving the light of love to those who need it the most.
